Hi all! We're loving this breezy warm weather on the East Coast this week, it feels like spring has finally sprung! To celebrate, we thought we'd share this easy DIY Neon Planter Box with you all. Not only is it super easy, but it adds a fun pop of color to any room--which we were in desperate need of after the dark colors of winter. The neon against the blonde wood is a fun, contemporary update to a traditional planter that's cheery enough to hold your prettiest spring blooms :)
- Wooden box (we got ours at the dollar section of Target!)
- Neon acrylic paint
- Paint brush
- Painter's tape
1.) Tape off the part you don't want to be painted with your painters tape. we taped about 1/3 down from the top of the box.
2.) Swipe on a few coats of paint, letting each coat dry an hour or two between coats, if needed.
3.) Once the paint is dry, carefully peel of your painter's tape.
Voila! A sunny update for your spring flowers.
